Privacy Notice

Güzeliş Porselen San. ve Tic. A.Ş. takes the security of your personal data seriously. This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains which personal data we process through this website (www.eternity.com.tr), why, on what legal basis, and what your rights are. The Turkish version is the binding text.

2. Which personal data do we process?

When you contact us by e-mail or phone: your name, your contact details (e-mail address, phone number) and whatever you share in your message.

When you visit the site: the technical logs the hosting server keeps for security (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser details). The site has no forms and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. For cookies and preferences stored in your browser, see the Cookie Policy.

Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religion, union membership, criminal records and so on) in your messages.

3. Why do we process it?

To answer your questions, requests, suggestions and complaints, and to handle product, after-sales, dealership and export enquiries,
To keep the site and our information systems secure,
To meet our legal obligations and respond to requests from authorised bodies.

4. How we collect it, and on what legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically when you contact us by e-mail or phone and when you visit the site.

It is processed on the following grounds of Article 5(2) KVKK:

(c) it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract — answering your request,
(ç) it is necessary for the controller to meet a legal obligation,
(f) it is necessary for the controller’s legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed — site security and server logs.

No processing requiring explicit consent takes place.

Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Only as far as the purposes above require, it may be passed to:

The service providers that host the site and our e-mail (to transmit and store it),
Public authorities and courts legally entitled to request it, when they do so.

Such transfers comply with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK.

6. How long we keep it

Messages are kept for at most 2 years after your request has been dealt with; server logs for the period required by law. After that the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights under Article 11 KVKK

By applying to the data controller you may:

Find out whether your personal data is processed,
Request information about it if it is,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
Ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate,
Ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
Ask for corrections, erasures and destructions to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send your request, with information confirming your identity and in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to the address above or by e-mail to info@guzelis.com.tr. It will be answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the request involves additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
